Data Documentation

This page combines information that was previously on the Codebooks and File Inventory pages.

Data-specific codebooks and user guides are available by clicking the green plus sign on the left side of a row in the table below. The table can be filtered by Wave, Access type, or Category, or by typing in the search box in the upper left.

To identify the latest releases, sort on the Release Date column. To locate a file on the UNC SRW, start with the base path (M:\AddHealth\Data), then add the entry from the Access column (SpecialRequest or Standard), followed by the subfolder path from the Directory Path column. All documentation can be found using the same path structure, but replacing Data with Documentation.

For example, the Wave VI Mixed-Mode Survey data is located in M:\AddHealth\Data\Standard\Survey\W6.
